Brian and Nicole’s wedding was such an incredible way to start a wedding season! From the beginning to the end it was one of the most relaxed, amazing days we’ve photographed. Nicole is such a gracious and kind person, anything that went wrong (as things always do!) she took in stride with a focus on the fact that today wasn’t about any details, but about her and Brian and the beginning of their life together. (It didn’t hurt that all the details were perfect too!)
I started the day with the girls at Molly’s Hairology in Greenville, PA. It’s this cute little place that I didn’t even know was there, but was filled with so much charm! The girls working there did a great job, and Nicole looked like a real life princess.
Josh started his day at the hotel with the guys getting ready. Brian is one of the sweetest grooms I’ve had the pleasure to meet. In every aspect of the day, I could see that his mind was on Nicole only. It seemed like nothing else at all mattered but being with her and spending time with her. I know that is how the rest of their life will be as well. The wedding ceremony was held at Wallace Memorial Chapel at Westminster College. It was absolutely stunning!
I am so in love with the paper flowers trend, and her colors were so incredible!
One thing I really loved about this wedding is that I got to spend the day with people I already knew! Nicole and three of her bridesmaids and I all graduated from the same high school, and Rachel has been in a few of our other weddings! It made the day so much more relaxed, and it was so great to get to know them a bit more. Nicole chose the perfect girls to be her “tribe” they were all so helpful, making decisions for her and feeding her popcorn ;]
After some really touching moments, it was time for the ceremony to start! One of our favorite officiants, Rev Peters gave a beautiful message, and Brian and Nicole tied a three strand cord during the ceremony.
The Wallace Memorial Chapel was such an amazing place for portraits, and I am in love with how all of these turned out! Have you ever seen a better looking bridal party?
Although there are some emotive, beautiful images in their gallery, this group of people were basically just a huge amount of fun! We had to get some of that in there too!
I love these images so much, because something Brian always does is kiss her on her forehead. I love thinking that in 50 years, their grandchildren will look at these images in their album and say ” He’s always kissed her like he does now”
The reception was at the Corinthian Banquet Hall in Sharon, PA. They always do a splendid job, and the food was great, the people were great and it was beautiful! I loved all the little pink touches Nicole and her party added in to make it their own.
We always try to give our couples little pockets of alone time through the day, so we grabbed Brian and Nicole during the reception to head outside and take “just one more” before the crazy fun happened. I’m so glad they did!
Brian and Nicole, Thank you so much for inviting us into your day. We truly enjoyed every moment and wish you years and years of happiness.
