Today is #throwbackthursday so I thought I’d let you guys in on something that has been the hugest joy in my life and in my business for the past four years.

The JRP Model Team has been around since 2012, and is the continuously changing heart of my business. When the program started, it was five of my favorite people, getting a few extra perks for sending referrals my way. Since then it has become so much more!

The next year I held interviews and added on five more juniors, this was one of my favorite years so far and I still talk to these kids young adults whenever they come home for breaks! Every year with new signings, we’ve created a sort of tradition of doing a very fast mini session out in the alleyway beside Fresh Grounds Coffee House.  We have all our meetings there, and it’s just fitting. It’s so cool to see how the team grew, and how the members grew up as well! Here we are in 2015, introducing the 2016 team, This team is focusing on community service, giving and helping other girls feel beautiful and love themselves.  Keep an eye out for these girls (and guy!) they are all incredible people and I’m so excited to be working with them in the coming years! I think we may need to find a larger ally next year!
