Yesterday Marked J’s 3 week birthday. Things are starting to get a flow and routine around here, and I’m loving having two little girls to share my days with. Even though it’s still a month away, the end of maternity leave is swimming around in my head a lot. On one hand I’m sad to start working and have to leave the girls for a few hours each day, but mostly I’m really excited for October and all the sessions I’ve planned with my super amazing clients. (October is booked by the way, hooray!)

For now I’m going to try to live in the present, and that means lots of playtime with K, and lots of snuggle time with J.

We’re moving along really well with the house, Josh spent all of yesterday re-plumbing the laundry room and bathroom with my dad. As of last night I can officially wash clothes and take a shower! (Thanks Dad!)

Now, what you are all waiting for, the photos.
J spends a lot of time in this SWEET swing that we got from some friends at church, she loves it.  She also loves to be swaddled, but hates not having her hand in front of her face. She was like that in all her ultrasounds too!

K thought she was being sneaky trying to get at my iced coffee, but I caught her red handed! She loves anything in a tumbler cup, and is always saying “wahee” which is generally water, or wallet. Mostly water.

Last week one of Josh’s projects was cleaning off the front porch, which was a serious danger zone before.  Now we spend a lot of time out there, just relaxing. (Also, it’s the only place in the whole house that gets phone reception!)

This photo cracks me up. I don’t even need to pose her. Look at that little ham.
