This week J is sitting up on her own, eating three baby foods a day, and laughing like crazy! Today she said mama=]

K is almost two, and I’m a little more sad about it every day. She’s saying whole sentences with more words than just the nouns. Yay K!

One of my favorite images I get for clients is the image of their baby girls eyelashes. I wanted to get one of K and J this week. I asked K to close her eyes and this is what I got =D

We went to a wonderful baby shower for my cousin this weekend.  She had a co-ed baby shower, and it was so cool to watch my husband interact with my family.  These two photos are of him watching K play football with some kids older than her. He was totally proud.

I popped J onto the chair at my grandparents house, and K jumped up and was like “PICTURE!”  so this happened. J was THRILLED about it.

I want to take a second to talk about this wall. My grandparents have photos covering every inch of their home. My family and I spent a lot of time this weekend looking at the old photos and remembering the memory that those photos held on to for us.

It was an amazing reminder of why my job is so important.
