We never got to meet Krista and Cody for an engagement session. They are busy, We are busy, and we could never make our schedules align to meet! Along with an engagement session, all our wedding collections include a “one month meeting” to help perfect our couples timelines (and eat delicious food!)  With the conversations we had before, we didn’t know much about Cody and Krista. We knew that Krista was quite and kind and that they both love all the Pittsburgh teams.  When we met up with them for their one month meeting, we were thrilled to find out that they are also funny, smart and so adorably in love. Cody is a sales person, and I found it so incredible to hear him speak about selling as helping people. He is genuine and caring. I could tell right then and there we were going to be a great fit.

We drove up to For All Family Farms in Butler PA and it was a cold, dreary morning! We were really nervous (and I was really cold!) as we set out to find Krista. When we found her she was hustling around setting up all the perfect details they had prepared for her wedding! She was a bit dismayed with the weather too, but had a positive attitude!  The weather cleared up within an hour of our arrival, and the day turned out to be one of the most beautiful outdoor weddings we have photographed!
I’m not sure what details belonged to the farm and which belonged to Cody and Krista, but they were all so perfect for the day! The owners of All Family Farms were so sweet and kind and helpful in every aspect! They even drove us up to the top of the hill for five minutes of sunset shots! Krista got ready with a small bridal party of her most important people, her sister and best friends! She was a beautiful bride. 

Cody’s groomsmen were an absolute hoot. They were so supportive and helpful, and seemed to be great friends to Cody.

Remember how I mentioned that Krista is kind? When she realized that it was a cold day, she stopped at the store and bought blankets for her guests for during the ceremony!

This first dance image speaks volumes. From our point of view, Cody is always leaning into Krista like this. He loves her so much!Then it was time for some partying. Our fave DJ Craig Fenton did not disappoint. 

Cody and Krista, Thank you so much for choosing us to spend the day with you and for inviting us in to your family for the day! You guys have a love that will last.
